Na die bijzondere aankomst op TED ging vandaag dan echt het programma beginnen. Natuurlijk begint de dag even met een kop echte koffie in het Google paviljoen waar de gezonde croissantjes met courget al op ons lagen te wachten. Het thema van de eerste sessie was “reboot” waarin de volgende sprekers aan de beurt kwamen: “The key to managing crisis is to keep an
