{"id":1087,"date":"2008-10-30T14:55:03","date_gmt":"2008-10-30T12:55:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jimstolze.nl\/weblog\/?p=1087"},"modified":"2016-06-16T22:12:58","modified_gmt":"2016-06-16T20:12:58","slug":"en-nu-de-merkencrisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jimstolze.nl\/weblog\/2008\/10\/30\/en-nu-de-merkencrisis\/","title":{"rendered":"En nu: de merkencrisis?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoewel ik ervan overtuigd ben dat je een crisis alleen maar groter maakt door het steeds een &#8220;crisis&#8221; te noemen, wil ik toch even wijzen op een artikel dat ik las op de Belgische <a href=\"http:\/\/www.express.be\/business\/nl\/marketing\/financile-crisis-is-voorbode-van-merkencrisis\/98816.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Express<\/a>-website.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"brand bubble\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jimstolze.nl\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/look.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"float: right; width: 300px;\" \/>Zij grijpen de financi\u00eble crisis aan om het boek &#8220;The Brand Bubble&#8221; van John Gerzema en Ed Lebar te promoten. De medewerkers van Young &amp; Rubicam stellen hierin dat de grote liefde tussen consumenten en merken voorbij is.  (Ook <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jimstolze.nl\/weblog\/2007\/11\/30\/unlock-apple-iphone\/\" target=\"_blank' href=\">goeiemorgen<\/a>!)<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Werd tot nog toe aangenomen dat merken dankzij een groter marktaandeel, toegenomen loyauteit (herhaalde aankopen) en betere winstmarges leidden tot een betere cashflow en een hogere aandelenprijs, dan blijkt uit verschillende studies dat dit grotendeels op een fabel is gebaseerd. Na de financi\u00eble crisis voorspellen beide auteurs nu dan ook een merkencrisis.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>De auteurs bestudeerden 2.500 Amerikaanse merken sinds 1993. In dat jaar zeiden consumenten dat ze 52% van de merken vertrouwden; vandaag is dat percentage gezakt tot 25%.<\/p>\n<p>In dit kader wil ik toch graag nog eens teruggrijpen op mijn <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jimstolze.nl\/weblog\/2008\/01\/23\/hoe-doorbreek-je-het-beurs-sentiment\/\" target=\"_blank\">podcast<\/a> van eerder dit jaar toen er ook een beurscrisis dreigde en op mijn podcast over het <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jimstolze.nl\/weblog\/2007\/11\/30\/unlock-apple-iphone\/\" target=\"_blank\">eenrichtingsverkeer<\/a> van de liefde van Apple.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoewel ik ervan overtuigd ben dat je een crisis alleen maar groter maakt door het steeds een &#8220;crisis&#8221; te noemen, wil ik toch even wijzen op een artikel dat ik las op de Belgische Express-website.
